If you haven’t heard of Onahole and Motsutoys before, they bring Japanese sex toys to the US and the EU. Onahole is for the US market and Motsutoys is for the EU and UK.
So you’ll be able to buy the same sex toys on both sites. If you haven’t seen the Brain Hacker DX before, it’s a Japanese sex toy that looks like a brain. If you’re a webcam model, this would look great as a prop seeing as Halloween’s coming up in a few weeks time.

Unboxing The Brain Hacker DX From Onahole And MotsuToys
Okay guys, we’re going to start off by unboxing our toy like we do in all my blogs. There was a shipping label, but there was no mention of Onahole or MotsuToys on it. And as you can see, there’s no mention of them on the box either.
Anyway, this isn’t a review of the box. Let’s open it up and show you what’s inside. As you’ll see, they’ve sent me two toys.
We have the Brain Hacker DX, which is what we’re going to be reviewing in this blog. The second toy is their other new release, which is the Bread de Ecstasy Croissant. If you like sitophilia and you’ve been looking for a food-based sex toy, this one’s going to be for you.
As you can see, both these toys are very unique and the artwork on the outside of the box is extremely cool. If we spin the box around and take a closer look at the back, we can see what texture and patterns run along the inside of the sleeve. So let’s now open it up and show you what’s inside.
As soon as you open the box up, the Brain Hacker DX is inside a small bag. There’s also a shot of lube, so you can start using the toy straight out of the box. Talking about the box, there is a poster that’s in the inside.
Somehow you can cleverly take the box apart and make it into a poster.
About The Brain Hacker DX
What I’m going to do now is take the Brain Hacker DX out of the bag and show you what it’s all about. As you can see, this is not a small toy.
There’s a nice bit of weight to it and you could easily use it with one hand or two. The Brain is soft to the touch and you can see it’s extremely flexible. The level of detail on the outside is also reflected on the inside sleeve.
There are seven different chambers inside with each one having a different texture. One of the things I do like about this is because it is so soft, you can make it tighter inside as you’re using it. As you can see, because it is so big, I can’t show you the textures inside properly, but there is lots of it in there.

Care Instructions
When opening the box make sure you wash the brain hacker before use. After use rinse with mild soap and lukewarm water, using a sponge stick for the 18cm tunnel. Dry thoroughly with a microfiber cloth or drying stick to prevent mould. Apply cornstarch to maintain the TPE’s softness and store in a breathable bag away from sunlight.

The length of the toy is 18 centimetres. The width of it is 14 and the height of it is 10 centimetres. It has a circumference of 52 centimetres. As you can see, it’s extremely flexible. And the whole toy weighs in at 1.2 kilos. So I think that’s enough of the boring information out of the way.

Let’s get into the review.
Brain Hacker DX Onahole Review
The first thing I would say is, as you can see, the toy is extremely flexible. I’m really not putting much effort into it.
And it’s just bending and moving in the way that I want it to. This means you can get a better grip when you do masturbate. It’s small enough to use with one hand, but it’s also big enough to use with two.
So you can really give it a good steaming. There’s just as much texture on the inside as there is on the out. There’s seven little different pockets that run through the inside of the toy.
Each one has its own individual texture and its own little lumps and bumps that run through the inside.
The Inner Tunnel
The Brain Hacker DX tunnel is crafted with seven unique pleasure zones, each offering a distinct sensation. The texture is mostly soft and pliable, with two standout areas that deliver a striking cervix-like “pop” effect.
Unlike many toys that place this feature only at the deepest point, this one has the first pop about a third of the way in and the second around the two-thirds mark, making it accessible even if you’re not super long. Toward the end, the tunnel opens up a bit, forming a roomier chamber that’s great at keeping lube in place.
Slight Criticisms
The only two criticisms I have with the toy is when you bite out the box, it does have a plasticky smell. So you really do have to wash it before you use it.
And because it is that little bit bigger, it makes it a little bit more awkward to dry the toy. So ideally, you want to get some drying sticks, which are also available on the Motsutoy and on the whole website. But all you do with these is basically, once you dry the toy off, just poke them inside and they absorb any leftover moisture and residue.
Overall, this is a really good toy. It’s something different. I do like to bring unusual toys to the channel.
And this definitely fits the bill. With Halloween coming up, I think this would be a great prop for webcam models. If you’re a guy, you can also use it on cam.
All webcam model sites have a Halloween event. And this would just fit perfectly into any ones show. Add tips for integrating the toy into live streams: Display it as a spooky brain prop during Chaturbate’s Halloween event, then reveal its dual purpose for an engaging show.
Although Onahole sent me the toy for free I wasnt paid and my opinions are my own on the toy. I tried the toy multiple times before I put my review together.
