Hi guys I’m UKDAZZZ as always and as I said at the start of the blog today is new toy time I received the handy a few weeks ago and I’ve been testing it like mad so to start the blog off I’m going to do an unboxing I’m also going to show you how to use the toy and I’m going to give you a review at the end so enough waffling from me let’s get into the blog.

Okay so the toy arrived in a brown box that is unmarked and as you can see inside that brown box is the labelled branded box let’s open it up and show you what’s inside once I got the box finally open as you can see the handy toy is just in the top this was the first time I seen the toy so I wasn’t really sure what to expect but as you can see at the back of the toilet there is the sleeve but I’ll put that to one side for a second and I’ll show you what else you get inside the box.
I just took out the packaging that holds a toy in place while it’s in transit if I reach down the side you can see you’ve got the quick start user manual but I’m going to put that to 1 inside and take out the final box which is the power cable unlike other toys this isn’t battery powered this is Mains powered this does make the toy lighter as there is no battery but it does make it slightly more Awkward as you have to have it plugged into the mains.
There is a small port at the side of the toy that you plug the mains cable into once the toy is plugged in and connected to the mains you’re ready to start setting it up as I said this is the first time I’ve seen the toy so I didn’t know there was no battery inside and I did spend the next five minutes trying to turn it on lucky for you I decided to delete that footage out of the blog.

How to use the handy
So we’re going to pick the blog back up with me plugging the mains cable into the toy once the toy is connected to power the stroker at the back will reset itself so it’s a good idea to make sure your fingers are well out the way what you’ll also notice is the green light on the front of the toy will be switched on whilst the green light is displayed the tire can be used as a freestanding unit.
That means the toy can be used without being connected to the app to activate the toy in this mode push the power button at the top the green light will flash once and the stroker will start running up and down the toy to change its speed and to change the position of the height of the stroker use the up and down and left and right buttons up and down controls the stroke height and left and right controls the speed to show you what that looks like.
If I push down button you can see that the stroker goes further down the toy the more I push the down button you’ll see it gets lower and lower once it reaches as low as it can go the light on the front of the toy will flash red it will also flash red once it reaches its maximum height and its maximum speed will impress me and what I’m going to show you next is the actual speed of the toy so what I’m going to do is crank up the speed and push the button on the right hand side.
I am keeping this part of the blog obviously in real time but what you will start to notice is the toy starts to pick up speed the more I push the button on the right hand side the faster the toy gets and it gets fast it gets really fast this is coming up to about its maximum speed what I’ll do later on in the video is turn the sound on so you can hear how quiet the actual stroker is to stop the handy at any time all you need to do is push the power button at the top of the toy.
Now there is only one button left to show you on the handy toy and it’s located underneath the down button push and hold down this button for a second and the light will turn blue this puts your toy into configuration mode once you’ve downloaded the handyverse app you’ll be able to pair your phone with your toy within this setting.
I will show you how you pair your toy with your phone in the next video so make sure to hit the Subscribe button and notification Bell for that video to take your toy out of configuration mode hold down the button again once your toy has been configured and you want to connect it to the handyverse app.
Push the button quickly once as you can see the light has turned purple and you can start controlling the toy through your app by pushing the button again it will disconnect your toy from the app and you’ll be able to use it as a freestanding unit again as I said earlier in the blog I will show you now how quiet the handy is be aware that I am only about a foot and a half away from the camera.
What I’m going to show you now is how to put the sleeve on your toy now every handy toy comes with a sleeve and it attaches to the outside via Velcro this is the one that it comes with and there is absolutely loads you can choose from on the website which you can find the link for in the description below or here.
To fit the sleeve undo the Velcro and slip it inside the loop once it’s in do the Velcro up and you’re ready to go don’t use the handy without a sleeve as I can see it giving some really bad friction Burns if you don’t
I’d also highly recommend adding some lube to your order once you get to the handy checkout again no one likes friction burn and you’re definitely going to want to try this toy on its maximum setting once you receive your order so there you have it that’s what you get when you purchase the handy so a little bit about the toy now and then
I’ll get into the review the handy unit weighs 579 grams there is no charging of batteries with the handy it is powered by the mains and the power cord you see in the video measures 150 centimetres which is 59 inches the sleeve that comes with the toy that you see in the video is made of TPE which some people don’t like.
But the good thing about the handy is you can use other branded sleeves the important thing to remember is it’s not too heavy and doesn’t put too much of a strain on the actual Motors itself one thing I almost forgot to mention is the stroke length on the handy is 11 centimetre’s from top to bottom.
The Handy Review – handy my experience with
okay so that’s all the boring stuff out the way it’s review time I have had the handy for a couple of weeks and I’ve been finding that it’s my go-to toy at the moment yes I know it is a bit of a novelty that is a new toy and I’m using it so much but the reason why I’m using it so much is because the space speeded stroke I mean the first day I used it I used it once and then I had to use it again later on that day because it was so good
If I did have a couple of criticisms about the toy it does have to be connected to the mains to work although it does have a long lead it can get in the way at times and to be overly critical when I set it up the first time and connected it to my phone it was a little bit complicated that’s entirely my fault because I didn’t read the instructions I thought I knew what I was doing and I didn’t I will be uploading a blog on how to connect the handy to your phone within the next week or so as it is actually quite easy to set up.
I am also going to add the how to use the long distance function in that same video and blog. so yes you can use the handy long distance and I’ve tried it it’s easy to use easy to set up again so I will show you how to do that in the next blog

Now one thing I did find very clever with the handy is the firmware that they use is open source now this means that people can become developers and upload their work to the platform meaning that you will log on to the platform one day and there’ll be a new feature that has been created by someone else.
Now the handy has a massive Community meaning one day you may log on to the platform and you’ll find a new feature or app that you can download or if you’ve got a 3D printer there’s people that have got um specs on there so that you can have an arm that holds the handy in place so you don’t have to hold it.
There is some crazy stuff on there so make sure to check out the community pages when you get your handy because there’s always something new to look at also when you look at the handy website you’ll see that there is loads of different types of sleeves I mean absolutely loads this is the one that it comes with and I’ll show you inside quickly but when you look inside there’s that’s all of texture in the one that comes with your toy.
The other sleeves come in different lengths and they’ve got other textures inside you can also pick up the bracket that makes your handy toy hands-free so if you are looking for a hands-free stroker then make sure to add that to your cart when you purchase the handy for those people who are looking to connect with others with the handy.
