The best way I have found to stop dildo suction cups from slipping is by not using Lube.

Think of what lube is for its so keep things moving freely so lube is 100% the wrong option. You want want something that will create the suction seal but dries a bit to keep it in place.

So what would I suggest using? good old fashioned spit. Lick the back like you did back in the day and away you go.
